gally vargal自锁螺母
VARGAL
all-metal self-locking nuts are successfully employed in all
applications where vibrations and/or high temperatures are usually cause
of possible looseness.
The main technical features are listed here below:

LOCKING ACTION
The spring action, pressing the nut collar on the screw, exerts the locking effect.
Such
effect does not change during subsequent unscrewings as the locking
element has no direct contact with the friction surfaces and
consequently it is not subject to wear.
REUSABILITY
VARGAL locknuts can be used several times maintaining almost unchanged the removal prevailing torque.
VIBRATION PROOF
An excellent vibration resistance is ensured since vibrations accentuate the spring and the collar contraction on the screw.
NO-LOSS
The
locking action remains even when there is a lack of clamping force,
therefore the nut never comes loose or gets lost; consequently there is
never any separation among the assembled elements.
TEMPERATURES VARIABILITY PROOF
VARGAL locknuts can withstand changes of temperatures ranging from -50°C to +200°C.
VARGAL locknuts with stainless steel springs are available for higher temperature applications.

CORROSION PROOF
VARGAL locknuts is available in different solutions, resistant to various corrosion levels according to the uses:
- Zinc plating
- Dacromet 500B
- Stainless steel (nut body and spring)
SEVERE APPLICATIONS
VARGAL
locknuts in stainless steel (nut body and spring) are available for
high temperatures and/or corrosive enviroment applications;
in order to improve their reusability these locknuts could be treated with an antiseizure coating by request.
EASY INSTALLATION
No special tools are required for the fittings of VARGAL locknuts.
