      KUKA机器人更换平衡缸

      一、适用情况:

      二、安全注意事项:

      挂安全门锁,挂维修警示牌,面板下电。

      准备事项:

      工具:内六角,卡簧钳,套筒扳手,M12螺丝的拔销器,轴承。

      三、操作步骤:

      1,将机器人开到零位,先取出插销内的螺丝,在用卡簧钳取出卡簧,后用拔销器取出插销,然后在取出飞碟圆盘。
      2,对内部进行清洁
      3,先拆三角架这侧轴承,(注:三脚架下方有2颗M14的螺丝)。要取出侧面的轴承先要拆掉罩壳和一个固定螺丝,使用木棍支撑,慢慢撬动,待到合适位置,用吊绳捆绑,最后取下平衡缸,在地上平稳放好。
      4,拆除三角架里的轴承和对面轴承,并清洗干净,有毛刺的地方用砂纸打磨光滑。然后更换新轴承和轴承卡簧。(注:安装轴承时请上高温润滑脂)

      5,将平衡缸用安全带捆好抬到原来的位置,并装上三角盘里的轴承,注意要对准螺丝孔的位置,安装方法:先安装后面2个轴承并固定,在安装前面轴承和插销,(注:安装前面轴承时要用螺丝顶住平衡缸后面的弹簧板,将其往前顶,调整前方轴承方向和飞碟圆盘,到合适的位置装入插销)。

      6,向该位置的圆盘打入4根螺丝,目的是使插销那里的轴承对准位置

      7,对准平衡缸的位置后,重新装上插销,装上卡簧、罩壳后完成整个过程。

      (注:完成后用油枪给轴承加高温润滑油.)

      KUKA Robot Replacing Balance Cylinder
      1、 Applicable situation:

      Hang safety door locks, hang maintenance warning signs, and power down the panel.
      Preparation:
      Tools: hexagonal socket, circlip pliers, socket wrench, M12 screw extractor, bearing.
      3、 Operating steps:
      1. Drive the robot to the zero position, first remove the screw inside the pin, then use a snap ring pliers to remove the snap ring, then use a pin extractor to remove the pin, and then remove the flying disc.
      2. Clean the interior
      3. First remove the bearing on this side of the tripod (note: there are two M14 screws below the tripod). To remove the side bearing, first remove the cover and a fixed screw, use a wooden stick to support it, slowly pry it, wait until it reaches the appropriate position, bind it with a lifting rope, and finally remove the balance cylinder and place it smoothly on the ground.
      4. Remove the bearings in the tripod and the opposite bearing, clean them thoroughly, and smooth any burrs with sandpaper. Then replace the bearings and bearing circlips with new ones. (Note: Please apply high-temperature lubricating grease when installing bearings)
      5. Tie the balance cylinder with a safety belt and lift it to its original position. Install the bearings in the triangular disc, paying attention to aligning them with the screw holes. Installation method: first install the rear 2 bearings and fix them, and then install the front bearing and pin. (Note: When installing the front bearing, use screws to support the spring plate behind the balance cylinder, push it forward, adjust the direction of the front bearing and the flying disc, and install the pin in the appropriate position).
      6. Drive 4 screws into the disc at this position to align the bearing at the pin with the position
      7. After aligning the position of the balance cylinder, reinstall the latch, install the circlip, and complete the entire process.
      (Note: After completion, use an oil gun to add high-temperature lubricating oil to the bearing.)
